Shiva

Shiva is a main god in Hinduism, and those who follow Shaivism worship him as the highest god. He is often linked with strict religious practices. The most common image of him shows him sitting in a yoga pose in his home on the mountain. He has messy, long hair, carries a trident, has a crescent moon in his hair, and a large third eye on his forehead. People often worship him as a lingam, which is a symbol.
