Terms & Conditions for Puja Rituals

1. Devotees using our online puja applications will receive their Prasad by courier or post. In addition to booking puja programs online, devotees can also participate in these rituals in person. When booking puja applications, devotees will be asked to fill out a form with their personal information.

2. Our online pujas are performed at temples in Haridwar.

3. We will process the puja request order. Our website will assign a suitable day and Muhurta (auspicious time) for the puja based on the delivery information you provide. However, you can also suggest a date for the puja.

4. Puja bookings cannot be cancelled, but the puja date can be changed upon request. Devotees and their family members are welcome to join the puja either physically, but we do not support any live means like Skype, Zoom, Google Duo, WhatsApp, or other video calling and conferencing methods to join. However, we can provide photos and important video recordings of the puja.

Terms & Conditions for Packages

1. Participation in our packages will be confirmed after payment of fees.

2. Our programs have limited seats.

3. Children up to the age of 6 years do not incur any charges for participation in our packages. However, full charges will apply to children over 6 years of age.

4. No extra bed will be arranged for any free child.

Booking Cancellation

If You Cancel Your Booking

Participants may cancel their participation booking at any time. Written notification or an email to that effect from the person who made the booking should be received at our office. No refunds will be made if a person cancels their confirmed participation booking.

If We Change or Cancel our Program

1. We plan your arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will need to make any changes to your packages.

2. Occasionally, we may need to make modifications, and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any modifications, we will inform you about them as soon as possible. We also reserve the right, under any circumstances, to cancel your program and will provide you with the reasons.

3. If we are unable to provide the booked programs due to reasons beyond our control, we will first try to offer alternative dates for the program if the program has not already started.

4. If the program has already started, we will refund the booking fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis, depending on the portion of the program used by you. In all situations, however, our liability will be limited to refunding you the amount we charged as program costs.

If you have a complaint or encounter any problems during your program, please inform our representative immediately. They will do their best to fix things. We are happy to help resolve any complaints and will make every effort to address your concerns with the relevant service provider.

**Our Liability**

1. If we do not provide any part of your package as promised, we will compensate you up to the cost of that part.
2. We host our programs. We are not responsible for your misconduct, omissions, or personal matters. We are also not responsible for the safety of your personal belongings, travel documents, etc., at any time before, during, or after your trip.

**Changes to Program Fees**

"The Trust" will inform you of any price changes. We will only proceed with your booking after you confirm the new price.

**Holiday Insurance**

You are responsible for purchasing your own travel or excursion insurance. "The Trust" is not liable for this service.

**Exactness Not Guaranteed**

"The Trust" cannot guarantee the exactness of any service within the package. We want you to have an enjoyable experience, but we cannot guarantee or promise that our programs will match your expectations or imagination.

**Disputes & Jurisdiction**

Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings between you and "Sri Raj Rajeshwari Shiva Foundation Trust" will be subject only to the jurisdiction of the courts in District Haridwar (Uttarakhand), India.

**Inclusions & Exclusions in Our Programs**

The following items are included in our spiritual programs:

1.  **Transport:** A 4-wheel drive vehicle with 4 seats (including guide and driver), or a minibus with 12 seats for larger groups. This includes airport transfers upon arrival and departure, and all road transport within the locations mentioned in the program.
2.  **Accommodation:** Lodging in a standard area (Ashram, Guest House) on a sharing basis, such as 3 or 5 beds per room.
3.  **Food:** Two or three vegetarian meals per day during the trip, served in local hotels and restaurants. More information will be provided where applicable.

The following items are not included in our spiritual programs:

1.  Airfare.
2.  Cost of accommodation before or after the program.
3.  Travel insurance, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic drinks, mineral water, items of a personal nature, and food or drink not part of a fixed menu.
4.  Any extra costs incurred for an individual or group due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency.
5.  Any services or activity charges other than those included in the packages.
6.  Anything not specifically mentioned in the program participation fee.

**General Notes**

1.  "The Trust" will inform you of any changes in program prices. We will only proceed with your booking after your confirmation. There will be no reduction in price for any unutilized service.
2.  Surcharges may apply on top of the package price for the requested duration. We will inform you of these charges at the time of booking or before confirmation.
3.  You must make an advance payment when confirming your excursion and pay the balance 15 days before the program starts.

**Forfeiture of Deposit**

We reserve the right to keep the advance, interest-free deposit you paid in the following situations:

a) If you cancel the booking.
b) If you do not follow the payment schedule.
c) If you are unable to get a visa for our country.
d) If you are unable to travel due to illness, on medical grounds, or for any other reason.

The cancellation charges mentioned under ‘Cancellation Policy’ will apply and are binding.

**Important**

These are the complete terms and conditions governing our programs and operations, supplemented only by the User Agreement. No employee of our Trust or any agent has the authority to amend, modify, or change these conditions. You are advised to rely on the terms "as is." "Sri Raj Rajeshwari Shiva Foundation Trust" reserves the right to change or modify these ‘Terms and Conditions’ at any time without notice.
